Delivery Information

SYSTM is committed to delivering your purchase quickly, smoothly and safely while protecting the product and your property.  We collaborate with reliable third-party carriers to conduct this high-quality service on our behalf to keep you informed and satisfied with the delivery process.

  • If you need to delay your delivery and have your products held, please contact us to discuss options.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • Deliveries can be expected Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm.

Delivery fees and locations

To minimise costs to our customers, delivery fees are calculated based on quantity and location. Currently, SYSTM only delivers to certain areas in QLD, NSW and Victoria.

  • To check if your area is available for delivery, enter your postcode in the shopping cart to confirm availability and fees. 
  • If your postcode is not available, please contact us and we will make special arrangements for you.

Full Delivery Service

We offer a full-service delivery to all postcodes accepted on our website (see above). 

This service includes not just the delivery of the items, but unboxing them, full assembly and final placement in the room you choose.  We also remove all of the packaging that comes with your product and recycle appropriately where possible.

If your postcode is not accepted on our website, please contact us as we will find a way to complete the delivery for you, however we cannot guarantee that all additional services can be offered.

Receiving Items

Inspect your items upon delivery and notify the driver before they leave.  Take your own photos and contact us immediately.  We will respond within 2 business days.  We may choose to offer a repair or replacement at our discretion and subject to inventory availability.  If neither option is suitable, we may offer a substitute or a full refund.  SYSTM shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of any delay in the delivery of your products.

Additional Fees

To avoid additional fees, always check you have provided the correct address and someone responsible is at the address to receive your products at the agreed time. 

  • Please notify your delivery carrier within 3 days before your confirmed delivery if you need to make changes.  Changes made within 3 days may incur a re-delivery fee.
  • Please check the dimensions of the products on our website to ensure we can safely fit through doors, stairwells and lifts.  Failed deliveries due to accessibility issues will incur a re-delivery fee.
  • If no one is present at the location at the agreed delivery time slot, our delivery team will wait 15 minutes before leaving.  Your delivery will need to be re-scheduled and may incur a re-delivery fee.
